Can it be mere coincidence that a guy who uses this photo as his avatar, openly admitted to having contact with Rodriguez, and disliking him, back around the time that The Rod was negotiating his contract with WVU? I think the true story is starting to fall into place.

The practice of law would be fun if it wasn't for your client saying whatever rock [censored]ing dumb thing that enters his gourd...but the good news is that the other guy's client often says whatever rock [censored]ing dumb thing that enters his gourd too.
I have a death case where the poor client was shot in the back by the cops and then a cover up staged. At a recent depo I asked the Lieutenant who authored a pro-cop public integrity bureau report (internal affairs complaint report) why she forgot to mention that my guy was shot in the back. She denied he was. I show her the autopsy done by the coroner (which she admits she has read), and say read the line (says "entrance wound posterior left shoulder"). She stumbles over the p word, pronunciation wise. I ask her isn't it true that "posterior" means "back or back side"? She replies, "That's what you say!"
Don't bet on the fact that he isn't ignoring everything the lawyer repeatedly told him, both the advice and the facts in the case, and digging his own grave. Happens all the time.

Haven't you ever read John Grisham? They are also all young, straight out of law school, and fighting the man!
