Guys like Joe Pa and Tressel are rare. It seems to be more leading towards the "I will be a top 3 paid coach" thing... (I'm talkin' to you Less)

Flip that around. Do you think, if SMU had come calling with the same offer, RR would have headed that way? I don't. And on the same note, it's those big programs that have both the deep pockets and the deep expectations that allow for the big salaries.
