Yep. At least good ol' Lllllloyd was, in general, a good man, who had good values and ethics. He was really quite similar to Tressel in all aspects out of football. He wanted his players to graduate, he developed close relationships with his players outside of football and was genuinely interested in their lives. It made it hard to hate him.
I doubt we'll have that problem with DickRod.

I think this was posted earlier in the thread, but I suppose it's worth another shot:

Seems unfair to portray Rodriguez as the cold, slimy, self-interested loser uninterested in his players.
