I took it as RR saying "whats the big deal, I haven't done anything different at lately than I have my whole life" and being genuinely suprised that people A) know more about it and B) think its wrong.
More signs to me that he is completely ill prepared for the pressure and scrutiny of a high profile position like scUM head coach.
Seeing the comments about 3 rivals makes me more sure than ever they have found their Cooper to replace their Earle.

IIRC, one of the things that [he said?] surprised him was that everybody there acted as if he's never been a head coach anywhere before. If he thinks that being a head coach at one of the top-tier programs in the Big Ten, let alone TSUN, is something that he can dismiss with a casual "been there, done that" kind of nonchalance, then I think he's not going to have a lot of inside support or staying power.

If he felt part of the reason he had to leave WVU was that he didn't have the support he felt he needed from the administration, how is he going to feel about the new boss(es) making him settle the lawsuit before he "got to clear his name"?

This is the same UM administration that forced disabled vets to sue for what should have initially been incorporated into the expansion plans of the stadium. It's a new day at UM - the football coach fits right in.
