That hit on Stafford should not be a penalty. No Whistle was blown, no one was moving, and from behind the line , you can't see Stafford's knee.
He acts like he's taking a knee, but the ref never blows the whistle. He sits there for nealr 3 seconds, no whistle. Defender says to himself "[censored]. He aint down. Hit him"
Refs baited UF into that penalty
