I talked to an Oregon alum and he said the original article was well under the radar and mostly unnoticed. Her going nuts about it turned the story national and has created a distraction for the team. Nice going Colleen. Way to protect your kids and support your husband.

She could get hit by a bus tomorrow, hosed off the pavement and no one but family and friends would be influenced one iota by her departure.
Christ, I have problems elevating coaches and athletes onto a pedestal, so you can imagine where I come down on some mouth breathing wench whose sole claim to fame is catching Mike Belloti's seed not realizing how utterly insignificant she is in the larger scheme of things.
