I'm pretty excited about it. Any coach that can beat Tressel is all right with me. Initial reports said Johnson will be rewarded with a 6 year contract for $14 Million (~$2.3 Million / year). There are a lot of people fussing in Atlanta about the amount of money we're offering given I financially strapped athletic program here at Georgia Tech. I for one am very excited though. The only excitement Tech football has brought the past couple years was with Calvin Johnson and against Auburn.
Welcome Johnson to the GT family.

Hopefully, Tenuta is [censored]ed he didn't get the job, and comes to the Bayou as our new DC.

No, hopefully he agrees to stick around and help Tech win it's fifth NC in the next few years.

The man is an excellent DC. I think he would be an improvement over Bo Pelini. Anytime you have a chance to improve yourself, I say you take it, regardless of what school he went o.

I will add though that is Tenuta is a great coach and it won't be long before he gets an HC job.
