And it's not really a prediction, but a way to maximize my chances of winning the contest - those are two different things. Almost everybody has tOSU in the Title game.

Based on The Rose Bowl's well known preference for keeping the Big 10 - Pac 10 matchup, I just automatically assumed that the Fiesta Bowl would've had 1st choice in your scenario. That would mean that the Sooners were #1.
I didn't think about the fact that UGA would have already beaten the Sun Devils though. That does make it more plausible. It was definitely one of the more interesting choices. I, on the other hand, went with straight chalk.

Are there any bowls designated where a Big 10 representative plays an ACC representative?
I ask because I've been wondering if there is any way that Penn State could play Florida State. Just thought it would be neat if these two teams played in order to see which coach was the all-time winningest coach.

Champs Sports Bowl in Orlando gets the 4th or 5th pick from the Big Ten and the 4th pick out of the ACC.

They played in the Orange Bowl 3 years ago. It was a badly played game, with a handful of FGs missed until PSU finally hit one in the 3rd OT to win 26-23. If they both do very well, it could happen again in the BCS; if they both are mediocre, in the Champs Sports Bowl.

Alamo

Jay Paterno vs Jeff Bowden in a battle of offensive wits.
How bad were these two teams? FSU and PSU combined mustered 17 points through 3 OTs. Think about that. If neither team gained a single yard and just kicked FGs, they should have still combined for 18 points.
That Orange Bowl made the 3-2 Auburn/Miss St game look like Texas Tech vs Missouri.
