The SEC overall is just a league full of self-righteous crybabies who will get knocked off their high-horse by the Buckeyes in the BCS title game next season. You got bitches like Spurrier and Tuberville who can't even win their division but wanna talk [censored] about a steady title contender, and yet any of them rarely venture out of the south for the big OOC game. They're so insecure down there it's rediculous. Maybe when more teams do like USC and scUM, who strolled on down south and whooped that ass, they'll decide to come out and play beyond the Mason-Dixon Line to turn the sudden tide of home losses.

I'd love for an 8-game playoff just to lessen all of the juvenile crying, from multimillionaire coaches/ADs all the way down to the fans. Not to mention the fun of watching schools actually have to brave cold weather for the first time in decades.

Given OU's track record in big games lately, I think it's quite likely OSU could get through Kansas & Oklahoma en route to the big game. With it decided on the field instead of in a beauty pageant, perhaps people would dare to judge teams on more than one game a season, which is really it's own season altogether. Doubtful, but it's a fun myopia.

only if you play games in the north...

bring up the southern boys in nov and dec....

if you go to a playoff and have to play at a b10 school that late in the year southern boys will love that...

Exactly. One of the biggest catalysts of my hate towards the SEC is the way their teams/coaches/fans latch onto the success of the other teams. Auburn has had exactly 1 season in the spotlight in recent memory and now their douchebag coach is running his mouth. Jim Tressel won a national title just five years ago. It's not as if he's Marv Levy. (sorry Bills fans)

Bingo. I laugh at the thought of GBW (UM) or Audibles (PSU) rejoicing in the moral victory if OSU wins a NC this yeear. Both will be rolling in misery, just like we did in the 90s.
