2008 NCAA Football Officiating Test
FWIW, apparently there is a 100 question test that NCAA football officials take per:
Welcome to the 2008 NCAA Football Test
This test is designed to help prepare officials who officiate football using NCAA rules and interpretations. The most successful results will come from dialogue and discussion with other officials. We trust you will find this resource helpful in preparing you for the upcoming 2008 season. USA Football is proud to be the on-line sponsor of this test. As in past years this test has been co-written by Dick Honig and Bill LeMonnier under the direction of David Parry, National Coordinator of Football Supervisors and Rogers Redding, NCAA Rules Editor.
The test is the SAT of officiating -- so highly regarded and deviously concocted that several major conferences require their officials to take it before getting on the field each season.

CBS Sports article on the test: Pop quiz, hot shot! It's official, the zebras are good - NCAA Football - CBSSports.com Live Scores, Standings, Stats
You can take it too; however, registration is apparently required to take it online.

How'd you fare on the test?
Guaranteed it wasn't as well as this guy.

That was rough. I got 56 right out of 100. At least that's 10 more than Dodd.
