My point exactly. Most of Cincinnati's inner city HSs do not have a baseball program anymore.
The problem was first noticed by MLB back in the 70s, but you don't get a baseball program without playing fields and without Little League and you don't see any baseball fields or LL in the 'hood.
MLB's solution was to go to Latin America which helps explain why there are more Rodriguiz than Jones in MLB.

I wouldn't be too free flowing in the comments on WVU. I could tell you things about a certain Buckeye coach, recently retired, that would make your blood boil.
