Michigan State I think is BETTER than Cal but they've given up a few really big plays thats killed them on the road.

The Big Ten is still better than the ACC and the Big East. It's about even with the Pac-10 (at least I think so, California is supposedly on par with Wisconsin or Penn State both of which are better than MIchigan State at this time) and it's obvious that the SEC is the best and the Big XII is #2 but there is a gap there....
