Southern Cal 69, Washington State 0 (final)
A BCS member home team is a 42.5 point underdog? Sounds about right.

Here's a scary thought: For Saturday's game against No. 6 USC, Washington State could start a walk-on, redshirt-freshman, fifth-string quarterback who has not thrown a college pass with an offensive line thinned by injuries in front of him.
[...]
The Cougars have been outscored in their four conference games 223-33. One of the two touchdowns against Oregon State was scored by the defense, the second of two touchdowns against Oregon came with 1:19 left and the Cougars' only score against Cal came on a field goal after a four-play drive of minus-4 yards.
Oregon State committed four turnovers to none for Washington State, yet the Beavers, who were 2-3, still won by 53 points.

Had to take Wash. State. Sounded too familiar. And, even then, USC hasn't been putting up that many points as of late, to be honest.
USC still rolls. Just feeling 42-0.

Kudos to him for being a naturally gifted athlete though.

I'm strugglling here, when was the last time that USC was at least a 40-point favorite against another Pac-10 team, and did they cover in that game? Can anybody help me out?
