The OCC schedule yes, but with a decent pass rush any team can stay with State Penn.

Sell - I think UNC will be the most overrated team in the country coming into this seaon. They'll still finish 8-5 but I think the ACC will come down to Florida State and Virginia Tech this year with Miami playing spoiler at some point.
