Play was almost over and blown dead , a line judge ran into a coach who was trying to call time out and threw the flag for delay.

Sideline reporter just said that a Tulsa assistant bumped into the line judge.
Fortunately the football gods have corrected this, Boise didn't get a first down out of that sham, and Tulsa's getting one more chance on offense. These [censored]ers better lose if they're not gonna cover.
