Who would be #1 on the list? Stoops? Miles? Spurrier?
It would be Urban Meyer on the list at #1. He is a good coach. He cares about his players. He cares about academics.
He is just solid.

Good question. Does he have an out clause in his contract at Florida to go to OSU if it were ever open, like he had at Utah? He is an Ohio guy.

I have no idea. I hope I never know because I don't want Tressel to leave until he wants to leave. Hopefully, by then, Meyer could be 58 or 59 (Currently 43).
And yeah, the successor to Jimmy T will be someone who coached under him.

Dantonio?
Getting back to Spurrier, I think that its pretty classless to badmouth another school in your press conference. Thats one of the reasons I love JT. Humble in victory and defeat.

Well you can't really expect much from a man who was in an under armour commercial, calling him self head ball coach. Spurrier always has and always will be a COCK whether he is coaching at SC or not.

Where did the whole "Head Ball Coach" thing come from, anyway? Did he want people to think that the only "ball" played at Florida was football? Or did he want people to think that he was also coaching basketball, baseball, volleyball and bocce ball?
