Uh, sure...you fell. It would be nice to see which bone he broke...it's been a while since I was in med school, but the fracture of one of the bone's is actually called "Boxer's Fracture" b/c it usually is the result of a punch.

Heh, I'm not one to jump to Guidugli's defense by any means, but it is possible. I got a boxer's fracture from a fall while playing basketball last year.
