So, is Nick Saban the Larry Brown of football, or is Larry Brown the Nick Saban of basketball?

My read on that was that it's the "sleeping" part he finds surreal, not the "giant" part.

I listened to this all AM on the radio.
LSU fans are PO'd as he is coming back to the SEC.
It has been said he hated dealing with the pro players and his family was not happy down in little cuba.
Alabama has potential but he will face the strong in state rivalry that was not here at LSU.
Just think if he stinks and gets canned in 4 years, he will still be sitting pretty financially.

LSU has a reason to be [censored]ed off. Thats kind of like Joe Torre leaving the Yanks to coach a college baseball team and then him coming to coach the Red Sox.
But i think Saban only did it for the money and not believing in the Dolphins team. I hate those people that do that.

Here's something I'm wondering...
As a high school prospect, would you really take Saban seriously, knowing that he might leave at any given moment? He's become a mercenary...

Heres what i have to say about that.
This is not me, but as a player playing under Nick Saban, and he bails out on you, a player cant really do anything about. What that does to a team though, is take their confidence level down, just like it should do to the dolphins especially because they were in a rebuilding form. As a player you cant do anything if he resigns so you are really stuck in the middle.

Who needs credibility with 40 million. I wouldn't. I never really though Saban is that great a coach anyway.
