iPod branded stuff is ridiculously overpriced but generic plugs/adapters etc will work fine.

I found one a little cheaper (about $90). On the iPod, it plugs into the 35.mm headphone plug, and from there goes into RCA jacks, into some sort of converter, then right into the factory port for a CD changer. Everything is still controlled from the iPod (only volume controlled by factory radio).
There is another one (ranging from $160-$190) that plugs into the whatever you call the long thin slot on the iPod (part where the docking cable plugs into), then to the converter, then to the CD changer port. This one lets you control everything from the controls on the factory radio.
Both adaptors claim CD quality sound, the only real difference is being able to control it from the radio itself. While using the factory controls would be nice, and seem convenient, I don't see myself spending an extra $100 just for that reason alone. Plus, I only paid $140 for the iPod, why would I spend more than that on a converter?
