AT&T U-Verse
Anyone have this service? I've been thinking about switching (have Insight now). I've seen a mixed bag of reviews online, but heard some really good things secondhand through a friend. Any thoughts, reviews, whatnot are appreciated.

You're limited to 4 streams at one time in your house, only one being in HD. That alone was a dealbreaker to me. Only one DVR is allowed right now. Eventually you'll be able to access the DVR from any cable box, but not right now. No STO HD for all the Tribe fans.

Thanks Cleve. I only have one TV in the house right now anyway, so the only thing that might hold me up is the one HD stream, should I want to watch one and record another.

That's what they say, but they also promised the whole-house DVR in other markets last year and failed to live up to that. I wouldn't sign up based upon what they say is coming, I'd look at what was actually there now.

Again, living alone with one TV one HD stream won't be a deal breaker, but it certainly is a big negative. The price drop or additional channels are hard to turn down though.
