Internet phone service providers

I am not happy with my internet phone service provider for my company. I have bought two numbers and a digital phone with 2 adaptors. I am just looking for someone that will provide the framework and service for voice mail and message boxes. I need to have many mail boxes and would like to be able to access all VM thru the internet.

Any experience thoughts?
