ok this is exactly what i have
in cell A1 =2,000,000/1440 (formatted hh:mm) i get 21:20 (displayed on my screen)
i know im like one step off where is it!!! ahhh, ps thank you so much guys

Captain Obvious here...
I'm not doing anything basically different from Scooter with my formula other than the cat function and the built-in formatting.
In my formula I'm divinding the minutes by 24 (hours in a day) then by 60 (minutes in an hour). Scooter says divide the number of minutes by 1440 (which is 24*60).
