| ESPN's 04-05 war against tOSU and Tressel ESPN, the war they've decided to wage against all Buckeyes everywhere, Maurice Clarett, his allegations, his suspension, his lawsuit against the NFL, his upcoming draft position, etc. This is a temporary isolation forum until the latest bad weather |

"if you heard it on ESPN its probably wrong" back: "unless herbie said it" in small print below: "exceptions to every rule..." i also really like spazztic1's idea. keep the front the same and on the back: Quote:

Yes, I think that would be the direction ESPN would head ... sadly. BTW, I didn't realize you were an immigrant tibs. I thought the sign would mean "No Slurpee Slinging Doctorbs". ![]() |

I would not want one for gameday. I'd just want one b/c it expresses my sentiment towards sportscenter, a show I used to love.
They believe they are bigger and better than anything else, but honestly I don't think its just OSU fans that get tired of their crap. I don't mean the lying, I just mean the self-righteous overdone nature of sportscenter rather than just showing us sports and having humorous anchors (as opposed to stupid ones and making up for it with absurdly loud laughter from the non-speaking anchor). Blanketing an entire network is a different ball of wax (tho Tom Friend and others make it tempting)... |

Not that you've ever done so before when someone makes you look dumb, but we're waiting for your response to whether or not the shirt would have an impact. You graced us with these brilliant additions to this thread:

This is just as stupid as those Bucknuts posters who would laugh about putting opposing magazines in front of ESPN the Magazine in bookstores, in an attempt to drive down sales. Why don't you give your hard earned money to OSU by buying more OSU shirts, instead of buying and producing ESPN crap? |

enjoying free publicity sounds a lot like enjoying the free ratings boost... which you implied is possible with the scUM reference. You can argue the semantics all you like, but the fact is you tried to make fun of the posters in this thread and just made yourself look dumb.
Am I actually being lectured by Tibor about contributing something useful to society? ironic... |

I guess they don't teach reading comprehension in graphics programs. I hope this discussion did not task your mental abilities too much. |

yeah, I'm sure no one else thought the same thing as me when they read your two posts. Glad you had it all figured out in your head... that's what matters right? Never mind all of that stuff about the burden being on the communicator to express himself clearly...
