2.7 Form Styles (Forum Skin/Custom Views)

Each user has the ability to select a custom forum skin on BuckeyePlanet. Each forum skin is a different set of colors that are asthetically pleasing to any Buckeye fan.


How to Change the Forum Skin

Near the bottom of every page there is a dropdown menu on the left side of the screen (Figure 1, #6). By default this dropdown will have "--BP_DayGame (default)" selected. To change the skin simply select the skin you want and the color scheme will automatically change. This setting is saved with your user account and will migrate with you no matter where you log into BuckeyePlanet.

2.7.1 BP Day Game

This is the default forum skin for BuckeyePlanet. To use this skin choose BP_DayGame (default) from the dropdown menu on the bottom left of every page.

Background: Light Gray
Secondary Background: White
Main Headers: Dark Gray
Secondary Headers: Scarlet
Post Headers: Light Gray
Posts: Gray
Times: Scarlet

2.7.2 BP Afternoon Game

To use this skin choose BP_AfternoonGame from the dropdown menu on the bottom left of every page.

Background: Scarlet
Secondary Background: Dark Gray
Main Headers: Black
Secondary Headers: Scarlet
Post Headers: Light Gray
Posts: White
Times: Scarlet

To use this skin choose BP_NightGame from the dropdown menu on the bottom left of every page.

Secondary Background: Dark Gray
Main Headers: Dark Scarlet
Secondary Headers: Dark Gray

Times: Yellow
