If that's true, then let's have some fun:
We currently have an availability of 16 scholarships with 14 commits, leaving two open. If the staff says 18, then that's two more, or four open.
Cordale Scott is as good as verballed (at least in my mind), so that's one.
Obviously you bank one for if/when Pryor commits, so that's two.
Quite a few folks are saying Mobley may have committed (I personally don't have any direct knowledge of that), so for the sake of discussion, let's say he has committed and for some reason is delaying announcement.
Now that's three of the four, leaving one more. Who do we go after the hardest, and who eventually gets it?
