ND is still pushing hard for him, although I hear he still favors tOSU.

Depends on who you ask...

One thing for sure is that ND has very little breathing room here... tOSU has come on very strong over the last month and a half... If Floyd leaves ND without a commit and then visits for the Wisconsin game (as is tentatively planned), we'll be in great shape...

QB: Henton
RB: Pryor
WR: Thomas
WR: Stoney
WR: Posey
TE: DiLillo

and then the O-line. Then if we were to run like an 8 or 9 play no-huddle package. Think of how many things we could do out of that formation. We could stick Henton and Pryor in the Pistol formation and run options and option-passes and option-reverses to Thomas all day. We could throw all day to any of like 4 targets. We could stick Lamar in the backfield and run sweeps and RB screens. We could stick Pryor under center and move Stoney back to fullback to let Henton carry if we need a tough yard. I dont know why, but for some reason the thought of that package really got me excited.
Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves here.....

I'll punt this over here as well. Wonder if Matt Carufel's current thought process might impact Mr Floyd...

CRETIN-DERHAM HALL 34, PARK OF COTTAGE GROVE 7: Michael Floyd doesn't have to get a lot of touches to be effective. He touched the ball four times, but three went for touchdowns as the Raiders rolled past the Wolfpack. Floyd caught 20- and 40-yard touchdown passes from John Nance and also returned a punt 48 yards for another score.
