He's not Andy Katzenmoyer yet, but he is the hardest hitting high school linebacker I've seen in a few years.

Tyler Moeller was a bigger hitter, I think.
And not a linebacker, but Kurt Coleman's video had some bigger hits, too.
But Storm Klein has great instincts, and sheds blocks very well. I liked seeing the clips where he would dive into a pile to seemingly get lost in the mix but would put the runner on his back behind the pile.
Great video.

For 220 plus pounds, he looks very fast on film...field speed.
Is tOSU planning on him at LB for sure?

Yep as of right now...I also think that he has the ability to play any 3 of the linebacker positions...

I would bet on it. Klien is a very solid linebacker who goes hard every play. His toughness and decent speed allows him to be a solid playmaker n offense at the HS level. Not that he couldn't be solid on offense at Ohio State, but he's too good of a linebacker to not play him there. He almost reminds me of a younger version of A.J. Hawk the way he flies across the field. In fact, if he continues to progress, it;s going to be very hard to keep him off the field in 2009, especially with Lil Animal gone.

I sometimes wonder when a kid has a highlite film that is only a couple of minutes long, what's up? Storm's is nearly nine minutes of him showing speed, agility, vision and bad attitude when making contact. Great looking prospect.
He has very good vision as an RB and I think that will help him see lanes to the ball carrier. He had a bunch of pancake blocks while blocking for his QB. He brings it all when at LB and he definitely plays with an attitude.
Very, very happy to have him already in the fold.

In layman's terms.... not everybody is as good as Klein is
