The Youngstown Vindicator had an article in today's paper about this website. It was started a few years back by a guy named Mark Porter. Mark maintains this site and allows kids from Ohio high schools to have their highlight tapes posted for free to help get them recruited. He already has info up on over 600 kids. It seems as though they have a pretty good thing started over there. If you want free video on recruits, this may be a place to bookmark.

Phenominal Site and Mark Porter is a classy man. No charge to the videos up and he cleans them up and makes them better.
