Wouldn't be surprised to see Simon as a top 10 overall kid in the class by at least one service. Unblockable, amazing lateral speed for a DT and strong as a bull. Of the 09's, I'd like to get him on board first.

Is Zach Boren Justin's brother who cried when Justin talked about going to tOSU?

In addition to Harvey Tuck(who's an excellent running fullback and linebacker, but I'm not sure he's a great blocking fullback), there is a pretty good DT at St. Vincent St. Mary too(my alma mater fwiw). His name is Ben Birch IIRC. About 6'2" and 270 last I saw him. He plays basketball too, so that should speak of his athleticism. He isn't as good as Simon(I haven't seen film on Hall, so I can't compare the two), but he could end up being one to watch along the dline.

Agreed...I'm excited to see Marcus Hall as well because I've heard he is equally as talented. Ohio will be loaded at DT in '09.

EDIT: While looking through all the Rivals RBs for 2009, I found Boren there listed as a FB, and when I checked his listed schools, he had just one: Michigan, with "high" interest. That kid wouldn't go to anywhere but Michigan even if you held a gun to his head. Last edited by MililaniBuckeye; 05-13-2007 at 02:55 PM. |

Willoughby South, right? He had a huge game against their rival Eastlake North. Interesting...JT has not really favored QBs who operate in a spread offense in HS.

Isaiah Scott from Fairfield is a great cover corner who looked good at the Cincinnati combine.
Couple of other names that have showed well at the combines so far this year: Ricardo Duncan - WR - Lima Jowann Peterson - S - Cincinnati Withrow Travis Freeman - LB - Cleveland Glenville Darrell Mason - ATH - Youngstown Ursuline |

Above u got the aforementioned Fitzgerald Toussaint, the RB out of Youngstown... http://www.scoutingohio.com/Jullius_Ferrell_Liberty.htm His teammate out of Liberty looks like a player too... Not sure where his future is, LB or DE.. but I like to keep an eye on any kid, who has good size, and is physically imposing on film... and this guy fits the mold... Really like the way he sticks people.. |
