tOSU's staff has been very good at mining some "hidden" gems in recent years that didn't have impressive offer lists... Guys like this that they get on early ( Kylan Robinson for example) more often than not blow-up during their senior season and earn several impressive offers...
Orhian looks like a talented athlete who could project nicely to WR at the next level, or as a dual-threat QB...
