According to the 100% reliable Scout database,  , Stan White Jr. was our first commit of his respective class. Rivals also has him giving his verbal on 11/26/01 (same as the Scout database). |

My memory could be going bad on me, but that was the first year I really followed recruiting very much. I think there were several guys committed by the time White Jr. jumped on board (Zwick, Clarett, Richardson, Kudla, Penton, and others) |
