Then you probably didn't see that type of frame on Gholston or Gibson either. He measured in at 6'2" 200 lbs at the scout.com Pittsburgh combine and he's not even a junior yet. Gholston was 6'3" 230 lbs as a high school senior and Thad was about 6'2" 215 lbs as a high school senior. Jonathan Newsome is only about 6'3" 215 lbs and he's a year older than Jamel! So, obviously I'm not seeing what you're seeing.

What does any of that have to do with frame? Just because the kid is big now doesn't mean he will have the frame to put on the necessary good weight to play the LEO. Two kids can be the same height/weight/age and be on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as "frame" is concerned.

I'm not saying he does or doesn't by the way, I haven't taken the time to look at enough film.

Can you tell what a 16 year old's frame is? I highly doubt he's even done growing taller.
But, for argument's sake lets say you can. I see a kid who looks like he'll gain another 30-40 lbs just from maturing in the S&C program even if he stays 6'2". With his ability to rush the QB, LEO seems like a natural position.

No, but if you have followed recruiting for years you have somewhat of a basis to go on.
Not to mention the tone of your was, IMO, that Turner being able to put on the weight was easy to see or that the poster was "blind" or something. Even if that is not the case you gave examples of others as if that meant anything (which it didn't for the most part given the fact that size/age/height similarities mean little when talking about "frame").
Anyway, don't want to sidetrack this anymore. I'm sure everyone gets the idea.

Precisely what I was doing. I was looking at past players of ours that played the same position and comparing them to Jamel.

He said "I just don't see that type of frame on him. OLB all the way IMHO." which I thought was a little naive given he's so young and considering how much kids grow between that age and into college. If he's already 6'2" 200 lbs and he is just entering his junior year, I wouldn't rule out any position.

The discussion is centered around Jamel so I think we're ok.

The bottom line was, and is, this. He doesn't see the frame on the kid to put on the necessary weight right now. How that is "naive" is beyond me. If he grows more then he is entitled to change his mind, but to act like he is "naive" for basing projections on what the kid looks like NOW is ridiculous. He could grow, he could not. Neither line of thinking is "naive." One could turn around and think you are naive for assuming he can grow into that position because others have. Anyway, this is getting old. I've made my point. I hope you feel you have made yours.
His ScoutingOhio.com film is on Youtube for those that haven't seen it.
