I think we could have room for 5 OL recruits in this class. Some would say, "but what about Boren?" Boren will not be here for more than two years starting 2009. so these recruits probably will never really have to contend with Justin much. Also. I could see two or three of these kids redshirt.

Eh, if you keep slinging enough crap on the wall, some will eventually stick.
The email emphasized that Illinois was a darkhorse. If Watt doesn't come to Columbus, I'd still have to go with ND in the lead.
Now if Watt commits to tOSU, that likely leaves Hall to Illinois...and then Lopo is seemingly correct.
However, there is a good chance Illinois ends up with neither player...and then there is now a slim chance that they get both.

guess if Watt commits the OL would be looking really deep and talented and young...but this would be a bittersweet trade.
And not because of Illini fan...
will be interesting to see how all this plays out....

You're saying we either take Watt or Hall, but not both?

Haha....I think you guys missed the point of Grad's post. That wasn't what he was saying at all.

Wait, what changed? I thought conventional wisdom was we would try to take 5 OL, including Longo, Watt, and Hall. If anything, I thought the Clifford situation would bolster that prospect.
