Vernon was one of my favorite buckeyes, his letter to Buckeye fans when he declared for the NFL was a thing of beauty and one of the most impressive and thoughtful letters. Hope young Mr. Gholston does his research and realizes that we only go up to tsun for the great ones. Pepper Johnson (All-American,Super Bowl Champion) Craig Krenzel (National Championship winning QB) and Vern (All-American, soon to be Top-10 NFL PIck and future All-Pro) are the only ones in my lifetime that we signed from there that I can recall. Pretty nice track record for tsun'ers deciding to do the right thing and become Buckeyes!
