That is only relevant to over/under vis a vis 85. This bet just addresses the annual 25 number. Mili is arguing (rightly at the moment) that 24 is an oversign.

Anybody consider the likelyhood of Aram Olson ending up with a medical waiver if his playing days are curtailed. Another scholarship nobody has mentioned.
