The Under Armour/Scout.com Combine staff is used to seeing speed as it travels from coast to coast, but in Cincinnati? Yes, an amazing 14 of the more than 200 players who participated in the Cincinnati combine ran sub 4.5 40-yard dashes. The Midwest is not known for its speed, but don?t tell these guys that.

One of the very last players to show up to the combine was Avon, Indiana defensive end Montez Robinson and it is a good thing he showed. Robinson, 6-foot-4, 230-pounds, stunned everyone and set the tone for the event when he ran an amazing (4.43) in his first forty. Nobody increased their stock more than Robinson. He came into the event with a handful of offers, but you can expect that number to increase significantly over the next few weeks.

Write-up of the Elite Camp in Pittsburgh...player of note in attendance were Corey Brown, Dale Peterman, Darrell Mason and Dorian Bell (although Bell did not participate, he was there to support his Gateway teammates [ in an OSU t-shirt no less]).
