He reminds me a bit of Malcolm Jenkins (though a couple inches shorter). A great all around athlete with very good speed and who seems to play very physical. He also seems to just have a knack for making big plays.
Like Jenkins he committed in June and was a bit under the radar, though both had a couple other pretty solid offers and showed well in camps.

I could see Clarke being that kid that winds up playing a ton his freshman year...just like Chekwa. You rarely see OSU in a base 4-3 anymore...so many passing teams means a lot of nickel and these young DBs are going to get a chance to contribute immediately.

I agree that he could play a good deal in his first year in Columbus due to his physicality and the fact that he looks to be very well put together and mature physically (like Jenkins). However, Chekwa redshirted and didn't see the field until his second year.

Forgot about the RS...either way, a kid like Clarke could be one to pick up the scheme fast, given that he is a 4.0 student and his measurables are fantastic. My inside source on this one has frequently compared him to Malcolm when he was coming out of HS.
