Yes.
At this point, there are no random offers. The interest level was scoped before an offer was made. The interest is very much mutual.

What about his teammates Dye and Armstrong? Isn't there legit talk of a package deal between the three?
The fact that the staff talked to him about his interest before offering is encouraging. I'm guessing he's familiar with our work with smaller receivers.

Agree with what grad says...my understanding is the staff is only sending out offers where there is mutual interest...not carpet bombing the nation like some schools I can think of.
How often do package deals ever work out? Hale and Saddler were a little different given they were blood...

IMO his straight-away stride is actually Teddy-like. Note: I'm not comparing his speed to TGII, just the high-knee, stride out on his toes. Looks like a great 200-400m runner. He shows impressive lateral hip movement in his moves to avoid people too. I like how his moves are efficient - they are just enough hip swivel to juke the defender with the speed to make the juke a real miss. Gotta love mutual interest.

Thought the same thing. A few of those runs reminded me of Posey.

Yea, they all have offers from pretty much everybody... I think most people think Dye is going to UF.. Same with Dubose.. if i recall he's been linked with UF and FSU the most

DeBose is the definition of lateral acceleration. Then again, he seems to be the definition of top end speed as well. This guy was the most explosive player I have seen on film in '09 so far. There were 2 runs back to back I saw in that film that would make every school in the country offer on those 2 runs alone. He is plain sick athletically and if he can translate those skills to WR, he is going to be one heck of a player.
