Gotta like our chances then. Brown is at the top of my wish list for '10, right behind Turner.

Yeah. He looks like a great All purpose back who would be a great compliment to Pryor or another dual threat QB. CAn catch and has really good speed and some pretty good moves too. It would really be great to have a couple 5 star RBs 2 years in a row. Brown is going to be a 5 star or close to it correct?

2/13 From GatorBait....Talks about his interest in the Gators. Says Penn State and Ohio State are the only Big Ten schools that he's considering and briefly talks about his interest in both. |

From reading the last couple articles about him, he seems like a smart kid who is knowledgeable about the schools recruiting him, including the offenses, recruiting classes, and all that stuff.
Rutgers will probably be a serious challenger, but I also get the impression that he really cares about winning and Rutgers, though a solid program, obviously isn't on the same level as OSU, PSU, Georgia, Florida, etc. This may be a recruitment where Terrelle Pryor is able to really help. TP is already a big name in PA and if he has a great sophomore year, the opportunity to play with TP in 2010 and maybe 2011 would probably be pretty attractive to Brown. He also seems to fit into what we look to be trying to do on offense. Not to get too far ahead here, but if Montana commits, his PA family background could also be a bit of a help in the recruitment. |
