All-Time FL Recruit Team
After compiling a All Time Glenville Team to be made for NCAA Football 2010, Schwab had the idea to make a master list for Florida buckeyes. Let's hear any and all suggestions:
08 QB Steve Bellisari 14 QB Joe Bauserman 6'3 220 94 RB Keith Wilkerson 93 34 RB Maurice Wells 30 RB Lydell Ross 6'1 220 23 RB Jamaal Berry 34 RB Carlos Hyde 04 WR Santonio Holmes 12 WR Michael Jenkins 05 WR Albert Dukes 04 WR Chris Vance 6'2 180 08 WR Duron Carter 13 WR Maurice Harris 6'2 200 22 WR Cedric Anderson 80s 81 TE Cedric Saunders 91 TE Frank Conrad 6-4 200 69 OG William Roberts 6'5 298 84 78 OG Bryce Bishop 6'3 315 03 50 OC Mike Brewster 55 OL Tam Hopkins 6'5 301 94 DE Walter Dublin 79 DT Ryan Pickett 6'3" 290 51 DT Fred Stirrup 00 6'3 291 98 DT Roderick Christopher 01 65 DE Keith Ferguson 6'5 250 91 DE Jeff Wilson 98 36 LB Brian Rolle 58 LB Courtland Bullard 6'3 227 41 LB Thomas Matthews 6'1 205 30 LB Greg Bellisari 6'0 230 06 LB Etienne Sabino 07 CB Chris Gamble 6'2 180 05 CB Chimdi Chekwa 11 CB James Scott 18 CB Travis Howard 22 CB Foster Paulk 92 26 CB Ashant Webb 98 01 CB Bobby Britton 03 5'11 175 34 CB Arthur Allen 5'8 170 20 DB Neal Colzie 72 20 DB Central McClellion (#27 with skins) 21 FS Nate Salley 19 FS Orhian Johnson 27 S Tito Paul 95 27 S Jerry Westbrooks 00 6'2 231 13 S Chico Nelson 93 41 P Brent Bartholomew 98 15 P Mike Crissy 92 Last edited by jwinslow; 06-03-2009 at 04:47 PM. |

All-Time FL Recruit Team
Not sure what direction you are taking this at all ( All Time Glenville Team), but I think another fake team they could play would be players from Florida who played at tOSU. I thought it might be easier to fill a roster that way also, but I am just guessing.
I will get you started, Ryan Pickett.. there's the SEC speed at DT we've been coveting.. Last edited by jwinslow; 06-02-2009 at 11:58 PM. |

That is a pretty interesting idea, schwab. I think this one will be done soon. I'll split this off to that idea later.
We could have them play for St. Thomas Aquinas, given the connection there already. |

Looking at their new rivals, Glenville is using players that did not splash in college...
I submit Albert Dukes need another QB? Joe "Germaine Jr." Bauserman Mo Wells is our diminutive FB And screw the internet age, this list goes deeper, I just cannot assist here.. |

You're right, I was approaching it as a fan, but the glenville list was based on HS play, this one should be as well.
Mo, Bauserman, Ross, Scott & Dublin are now added. |

William Roberts is a must for the OL.
Same with Neal Colzie as a DB. Tam Hopkins was a solid OL. Central McClellion was a good nickelback. Tito Paul was a solid safety. Cedric Saunders was a decent TE. Brent Bartholomew would be a good choice as a punter. Keith Ferguson was a good DE who had a long NFL career. Others for a master list: Keith Wilkerson, tailback; Bernard Edwards, WR; Jeff Wilson, DE; Jerry Westbrooks, TB/S; Ashant Webb, CB; Fred Sturrup, DL; Foster Paulk, CB; Larry Kennedy, CB; Chico Nelson, S; Rod Christopher, DT; Mike Crissy, P; Bobby Britton, CB. |

We've overlooked Cedric Anderson....WR from early '80s from Apopka, FL
he formed a formidable WR corps with Gary Williams and possibly 1 year shared with Doug Donley. |

I've got 46 names after adding a few more. I have a feeling Glenville would smoke this FL squad, but it's still a fun endevour.

Seeing as this team will be made using STA, I'm putting Joyner on the custom team roster, but not this list until he chooses a school (since it could serve as an archive moving forward). You guys can delete him if you wish, but we need a SS to go alongside Nate Salley.
I've considered putting Orhian Johnson at QB instead of safety. Either way, he'll have those abilities for a position switch. |

In the 90's about the only rankings were done by USA TODAY or calling Kurelics recruiting news. Only the recruits from Florida rated high were Tam Hopkins , Bryce Bishop and Ryan Pickett . They were considered top 5 lineman and Pickett was the only one to star Last edited by akronbuck; 06-03-2009 at 04:49 PM. |

The only saving grace for FL is they could collapse the pocket, but that's not terribly useful with Ted Ginn under center, let alone getting read option handoffs from troy where Ted can still throw afterwards (not available in the game
). |

You need to add William Roberts to the master list as well.
