I don't see how we can prioritize the weekly pickups, either. I mean, if the best team in the league decide he wants RB "Smith", and says so, then all it takes is for any other team to then say, "no, wait, I want 'Smith', and the top team gets screwed. It would have to be a PM type of thing, where each team has the option of picking someone up a week, but they have to PM 27 with their pick. If a worse team PM's the same pickup, then the worst team gets the player. If no two teams want the same guy, then everyone gets what they want.

Yeah I think it's going to have to be first come/first serve. I'll have to put a time limit on it.
Or I could just increase the roster size and not allow any drop/adds all year

We could just set time limits in groupings... like the 3 worse teams have Monday to pick up. Then the next 3 have Tuesday, the next 3 have Wednesday and the 3 top teams have Thursday. Of course each groupings is 1st come 1st serve, and if your day is Monday and decide on Wednesday to pick someone up then it is just 1st come/1st serve at that time.
But I also don't mind 1st come/ 1st served starting at like Monday at noon. But we should do a group vote on that now so no one can complain with either method.

The only issue I could see there is a player that has a Wednesday game not being available to anyone in the top 3 in standings.
I'm in favor of first come/first serve for all teams.

Seems like we are leaning towards first come/ first served with a limit of 5 or so pickups on the entire year.
But no one has mentioned how they would want the draft to run. I think we should do it via a thread on BP with some sort of time limit (12 hours?) The only question would be BN's friend Kevin, but he can easily email him when his pick is up and announce his picks.
Any objections? Other ideas? Thoughts? We should get things rolling soon as we are a month and a half away from the start of the season!

12 hours sounds like a long time... but, I guess that'll get us through the overnight period.
