I have no idea about what it looks like,but i'm guessing because it didn't change much at all like usual. Showing the actual gameplay from the past few years would just make the game look like it never changes...EA wouldn't want to do that. Doesn't everyone play games in instant replay mode close up where these graphics are actually seen?

I don't care much for EA as a whole, and I refuse to get excited about one of their sports titles after the failure that was Madden 08.

But- I am pleased with one thing- the hash marks and ground look better, which is a MUCH needed improvement over the ridiculously fake ones in previous versions of the game. That and the excitment over this years NC team calibur team will lead me to buy this.

The PS2 outsold the PS3 for a few reasons.. the PS3 didn't have many games, there was an HD DVD/Blu-ray war, and it was $600. All three of those have changed, so PS3 sales will jump considerably.

However, I do see what you're saying. I work in media retail, and we sell far more PS2 games than PS3 games. It really would be stupid for them to not dump resources into the PS3, though.

They'd better make the crowd look somewhat realistic. The crowds annoy the hell out of me. It's not really the player graphics that bother me, it's everything else when you're playing the game. Sidelines, crowd, etc.

I am completely sold.

While the lil deflection catches and spectacular catch looked cool, they are still animations and will be repeated every so often.
Franchise mode supports at least 4 players...and recruiting was included
Home Field Advantage looked cool...but the jambled play was very easy to make out.
A Ref making a penalty call? Anyone else notice that?
Gameplay looks different, the movements are different. I liked the pump fake then swat in the first action frame. The tipped balls were cool too (hopefully not overdone like the one year with the volleyball effect). Looks like they added a ton of animation, hopefully it works out.
Atmosphere looks so much better and more involved! Loved the newspaper thing with the FSV, it had pics of the band and mascot, live shots too, with headlines.

Beanie was in the video doing a celebration with Brutus.. kind of made me laugh a little because at the end of the celebration Beanie jumps up and down like a little kid.
