I'm glad that I haven't done my week 1 recruiting yet. Lake would've definitely gotten an offer from The Ohio State University. Now, I'll look elsewhwere. I don't think that the other three had me in their top ten, so you can have those losers.

I noticed when I was doing my recruiting how many times Texas was #1 on the list of my recruits. It was absurd.

The top three were in my top ten. Bastard.

Fanatic and USC beat Florida 27-15. Weird game. That was my first human game and I wasn't ready. Florida's offense isn't a good fit for me. Chances are Fanatic would have won anyway but I had a miserable start.

Also, there are definitly some go to plays that are pretty hard to stop. I kind of copied Fanatic on those.

Played my game last night. My first full real game in NCAA2010. With setting up the dynasties and trying to pick teams and team builder. I only played partial games before that to figure out what teams to be.

Then I got silly and played a playbook I never used before, I barely won 21-17 (or 28-17). Dang I need to play some more games to figure out a playbook and how to use my guys. Cuz I was just feeling my way through the playbook. While I liked some plays, it was missing alot of pass plays I really liked.

Also, is it just me or do the games fly by now? Seems like 6 minute quarters it will be difficult to really run up stats unless you find some big money plays.

I usually turn Chew Clock on in the second half if I'm winning. This pretty much takes a lot of plays away.

I'm in the same boat. I spent so much time on team builder I barely played and got drilled. I actually went to "Ask Corso" mode because I was so frustrated with Florida's shotgun only playbook.

There are some big money plays against the CPU. After I played Fanatic last night I exported your dynasty and played a few games. The first game I went into over time but the second game I found the weakness of the CPU defense and was up 42-14 on a ranked opponent at the half.

I also originally thought the option would be the way to go in this game but now I'm not so sure. The defenses are awful fast to be trying to get to the edge.

I won't get my game in until tomorrow morning. I don't think that Whobe will be able to play his game until Friday night or Saturday morning.

After that, I'll probably go to the minimum of twice a week.

All American is much harder this year than last year, id hate to see what Heisman is like on this thing

I would had hung 90-100 on a UTEP type last year playing on All American

Not a bad week of recruiting. I was able to get an immediate commit from the fastest guy on my board, and one of the fastest in the class (4.34 40).

Mr. Pryor did not have a good debut against Cincinnati. I played a practice half against them before I went to work yesterday, and Pryor was 7 of 10 for 126 yards and 2 TDs. He also had6 carries for 40+ yards rushing, all on designed runs. Again, that was one half. Now, on to the real game. Pryor was 5 of 13 passing for 48 yards and 4 INTs!!!! Two of them he was getting hit, one of them was tipped by the receiver and one was just a forced throw by me. What should have been a laugher by halftime was a 10-7 Buckeye halftime lead. The lone Buckeye TD coming on an interception return by Anderson Russell on the very first play from scrimmage. Long first half. Ohio State eventually won 34-14 by going to a Boom and Zoom heavy offense, with Pryor throwing in the option and PA pass wrinkles. I may have to scrap the shotgun altogether, because I can't block, can't run, and can't pass from the shotgun with this team.

You guys might want to implement the sliders me and jwins came up with, it makes the games alot better. Then again, they're for 7 minute quarters on Heisman. Are y'all playin the game how it is out of the box?

Normally for the first season we do that. As we do have a wide variety of skill level, so the first season is for people to get use to the game and then the 2nd season is normally when we change over.
