I saw Scooter play live in Wheeling,WVa last year and on TV 2X.
He only played QB and didn't do anything that made you say...WOW!!! I can only judge his athleticism from his QB play and he's NOT as athletic as Dwight...plus,Dwight is only 16 yrs old so he's not done growing...he's currently 5'11 200 |

Big game this week as Massillon invades Harding Stadium. It's going to be electric! Standing room only for sure.

Talk about a big win by Big Red over a mainstream D1 power. the whole town has been buzzing about it. Then to top it off, Collaros comes into the Cinci game and just tears up. Gotta be proud

Very proud! I'm only 26, but Zach is the best quarterback I've ever seen at the high school level. I'm not surprised at all though. Big game tonight for Steubenville as they host 7-0 Poland tonight. RRR

Big Red - 24
Poland - 13 Was just following along on the huddle, but seemed like a hard fought game. Nasty weather, very sloppy and hard to hang on to the ball. Didnt seem that the game was ever in doubt though. |

Big Red certainly didn't play their best and that's to be expected. Poland has a nice ball club though. They just might give Mooney fits in Region 9. Another big game next week as Devin Gardner leads his Inkster team to Death Valley. I'm very interested to see how they fare tonight against St. Ignatius.

Wow.
Devin Gardner is a beast. What an incredible performance by this young man with a play-off berth on the line for his Inkster squad. I was listening to the game via live stream. Devin had around 300 passing yards, 3 TD passes and 1 INT, probably around 120 rushing and 1 rushing TD. Inkster was up 28-15 with 5 mins left in the game, but fell down 29-28. Devin threw a game winning 63 yard TD strike with :39 seconds left to play in the game and then converted the 2 point conversion for a 36-29 lead. Devin needs to be re-ranked as a 5* by Rivals. I have been saying this forever. Scout and Tom Lemming both have it right, they've both got him as a 5*. |

Devin Gardener is now the best high school QB I have ever seen. Buckeye fans, be prepared for the next 4 years. He is going to be giving us fits!

In all fairness, Macon sat all bout all the 3rd quarter, and Big Red's D did not look like themselves. Not to take anything away from what Gardener did mind you. The kid is ridiculous. And they deserved to win without question. The streak had to end sometime

I think Gardner comes in, kicks Denard Robinson's butt and becomes our #2 QB, which in turn forces Rich to finally nix the failed Denard Expirement in the butt. Gardner could even wind up pushing Tate for the starting job, if Tate doesn't get his stuff together soon. |

It'll be nice for Michigan to have a QB that can play effectively in the second half of the season as well.

I hear Florida is pushing hard for Gardner. OSU really missed out by waiting for Montana, IMO.
