I have heard that Centerville will be playing Hoover Alabama in Cincy...any truth to this...also our RB Will Johnson is looking like a D1 recruit

My friend plays CB for Centerville so I can find out for you. I saw Centerville play Northmont in the playoffs and Johnson didn't look to bad. Most likely will end up D1 somewhere. Your big LB was impressive also(name escapes me right now but the last name is something odd).

from what i have read this is going to happen...i think the date is September 16th and i have heard that it will take place in Cincy

I play for Centerville and have heard that we're not playing Hoover anymore--coaches say "they backed out" but I'm not sure of the real reason--and that we're now going to play Don Bosco Prep out of New Jersey.

ya i just read that...its probably a good thing because i don't think we coulda won against hoover...but i hear we are the favorites against this new team

Here are Will's stats for two games last year (keep in mind they were both playoff games):

103 yards, TD vs Northmont
106 yards, TD vs Wayne (plus a 40-yard TD pass on HB pass)

I don't know about how many carries, but he split time with sophomore James Cravens who had 111 vs Northmont and 88 vs Wayne.

He's on our school basketball team but he doesn't play at all. He's the 12th man right now. And for this week he is ineligible because he didn't go to study tables. Him and Replogle are in the weight room every morning at 7 a.m. though. Both play basketball and don't have to lift but they do it anyways. I always see them when I'm in there lifting for baseball.

Here is Will running the ball against Wayne in the Regional Final at Paul Brown Stadium.

Our coach has told us that he's working on a game in '07 for us (Byrnes) to come up and play Centerville.
