Toledo high school football
I'm going to be in the Toledo area on Friday Sept 7th and I was wondering if there will be any good games in that area or just a good team or player playing in that area?

Toledo St. Francis vs. Orchard Lake St. Marys (Michigan) play at Waite High School on Saturday night the 8th. Should be a good game.

That sounds like a good one but what about Friday night?

Toledo Central Catholic (Dane Sanzenbacher's former HS) is playing Anthony Wayne at Anthony Wayne HS in Maumee, OH.
TCC watch for Brad Rogers, Donte Johnson, Tyler Kleeberger, Mike Krieg

I might make it to that one. Are any of those players you listed being considered for top colleges?
I'm also considering the Strongsville and SJ Jesuit game and the Whitmer and Fostoria game. I'm just so unfamiliar with the area so I'm not sure what games would be good to attend.

Anthony Wayne is in Whitehouse not Maumee.

I would check out Strongsville/SJ Jesuit game personally, but that's only a mild recommendation. Others would be more well informed on this subject.

I don't think so but it should be a good game. TCC won the city last year and beat AW in that run. I'll be there looking cheering for my team. TCC got beat up by Hilliard Darby last week and will be hungry for a win.
I personally like Brad Rogers #39 RB. Hell, I like them all - go Irish!

If you want to go see a team run an offense before the forward pass was developed, go check out Sylvania Southview (not above those other games though). I've been to both games this year as well as most last year, and man that QB system makes any other QB controversy look a lot better handled. They switch out every single play, and mostly the call is QB run left, QB run right, or QB run middle, with possibly 5-7 passes per man, most of them off of play action or are dump offs to the backs. Fierce defense though. I should be at the Southview game this weekend.
Central Catholic is always worth a look, very strong program over the years. Plus their uniform colors aren't too shabby.
