Hopewell-Loudon wins...
BASCOM ? Hopewell-Loudon didn't waste any time putting points on the board Friday night. Only 12 seconds had ticked off the clock before Tyler Brown launched an 80-yard pass to Andrew Brickner for a 7-0 lead on the first play of the game. Brown went on to complete 23 of 33 passes for 416 yards and four touchdowns to help the Chieftains clobber Columbiana 41-14 in a Division VI regional quarterfinal game at Chieftain Stadium. Hopewell-Loudon (11-0) advances to play Mogadore (10-1) next Friday in a regional semifinal at a site to be determined.
