Here is an Austin Roberts 11W interview from after the Spring Game (this supports what Givler has said that I can't quote, obviously)...
Well from everything I have read they were competing. Roberts gained a lot of weight this offseason and the staff was extremely happy about it and he doesn't have top end speed (he is a 4.5/4.6 type of guy).
I mean the way the recruitment played out (Roberts drops USC, lock to OSU, Gesicki...
Roberts was told to hold off on his commitment by the staff. Gesicki blew them away at camp and immediately became the top TE on their board, they were never taking Roberts until Gesicki went somewhere or Roberts came to a camp and beat him out (FNL). (per Rivals/Givler)

Noah is being recruited as an X receiver per Urban's discussion with him yesterday (Givler's article).
He also won top Offensive Performer at at a Rivals camp this summer, a camp where he only worked out at WR. He is not an Austin Roberts, he is a WR. Not even sure how all of this TE talk...
