I did see the show when it first ran. Truly tragic and truly inspirational. It seems like bad things always happen to good people and he seemed to be a very good person. As you've pointed out, he was so positive through the entire ordeal inspite of the daily pain and suffering. We should all try to be a little more like him ini our daily lives... kind to people, good hearted and positive.
