Duck Hunters..........
I'm trying to get excited about this season with the 102 degree heat. So... how are thing shaping up out there for your opener next month ?? Seeing any early arrivals ??

This is my sis...I mean my daughter...wait, no. Yes. This is my daughter. She went and killed her some ducks already. We were going to sell them to a Chinese restaurant, but they said the one in the middle was far too fat and white, so I'm just going to have sex with them instead.
What? ...yes, of course I'm talking about the ducks.

Most of these guys never get out unless it is to golf.
They don't mind eating meat as long as someone else kills and prepares it.
I am not a duck hunter but in Cajun country it is big.
I have to wonder how the hurricanes will play into the season.
Most of our game wardens are the first responders for hurricanes and other natural disasters so they may be unable to do their normal jobs.
I imagine they will also have to try to take some surveys to see what has happened to game populations.
I deer hunt and bow season opens October 1. I have a bone impingement on my rotator cuff so I did not plan to bow hunt. Our hunting lease was heavily damaged by Katrina. It is also 95 degrees here today. My hunting may be limited to my annual get together with my high school friends back in Ohio the week after Thanksgiving.
